Laguna Woods Village continues to enhance its gate access technology, evidenced by RFID decals, new arms and cameras at Gates 5 and 6, and new barcode passes for visitors. We are happy to announce our latest upgrade: online guest registration with DwellingLive. The online system will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a desktop, tablet or smartphone.
Read MoreRegister your guests online by visiting the residents page and clicking the "guest pass" link. Once you are presented with the login page, simply use your email address of record and default password to get access to your guest information.
Your current email address of record is:
Email: Your email address on file
Default Password: Your Resident ID (the number on your ID card)
If you don't know your email address on file, or you want to make a change to your information, please contact Resident Services at residentservices@vmsinc.org or call (949)597-4600.

For more information on how to register your guests online and print passes, please refer to the training video below.
Residents of Laguna Woods Village must have an RFID decal on their vehicle to enter the community via the resident lane. The RFID decal will automatically open the Gate arms without the assistance of the Gate Ambassadors; just pull up within two feet of the arm, and it will open to allow you access. Guests, visitors and residents driving a vehicle without an RFID tag must use the guest lane.
Read MoreIf you did not get an RFID decal, please visit Resident Services during normal business hours. Beginning in 2017, each decal will cost $25.
