Reserving Facilities In Laguna Woods Village

Reservations for use of clubhouse facilities are available to residents upon request. The Reservation Coordinator is available to assist you with your needs, explain procedures, and advise you of the equipment provided. After you have made your room reservation, please contact the applicable Clubhouse Supervisor for an appointment to discuss your room set-up. The Reservation Coordinator is located in the Recreation Division office of the Community Center Building. The hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Laguna Woods Village offers seven different reservable facilities for events such as resident birthday parties, anniversaries and gatherings. Our facilities are able to accommodate groups as small as 2 people in a conference room, and dinner parties of up to 400 guests in our largest clubhouse.
