Election: Annually, in December, the Board of Directors is elected to serve staggered three-year terms. Please note that ballots cannot be forwarded. Resident Members who are away from their manors during the election period may request that a ballot be mailed to an alternate address without changing the corporate records for all other Mutual-related business.
Mutual 50 board meetings are typically held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 2 p.m. in the Towers Key Club. Refer to the online Board Calendar for specific meeting dates & times.
The Architectural Control Committee ensures that the Village's buildings are up to code and remain aesthetically pleasing.
The Candidate Info Committee oversees and coordinates the processes pertaining to the election of all board members.
