ActiveNet and Online Box Office

Residents can purchase event tickets, register for outdoor classes, sign up for Clubhouse 4 activities and schedule Clubhouse 1 and outdoor fitness facility exercise time via ActiveNet or by telephone between 10 a.m. and noon, Monday through Friday, at 949-597-4382.

Residents can conveniently purchase and print Performing Arts Center tickets from home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visit the ticket portal to create an account and purchase and print tickets with ease. Call 949-597-4288 with questions.

Virtual Recreation Resources

Facility Rental

Reservations for use of clubhouse facilities are available to residents upon request. The Reservation Coordinator is available to assist you with your needs, explain procedures, and advise you of the equipment provided. After you have made your room reservation, please contact the applicable Clubhouse Supervisor for an appointment to discuss your room set-up. The Reservation Coordinator is located in the Recreation Department office of the Community Center Building. The hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Laguna Woods Village offers seven different reservable facilities for events such as resident birthday parties, anniversaries and gatherings. Our facilities are able to accommodate groups as small as 2 people in a conference room, and dinner parties of up to 400 guests in our largest clubhouse.

Reservations may be requested by emailing recreation@vmsinc.org, by calling 949-597-4227 or by visiting us in the Recreation Office located in the Community Center of Laguna Woods Village.

Facilities calendar is open through December 31, 2023.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and would like to submit an application to the Department of Recreation and Special Events, download, print and fill out the Volunteer Application and drop it off at the Recreation office or fill it out on your device and email it to recreation@vmsinc.org.
