A Place to Meet and Greet

Clubhouse 1 features different size rooms available for club meetings, classes, and a wide range of recreation and social activities. Residents may also schedule private parties in the dining rooms and main lounge. Besides providing a fully-equipped kitchen, some dining rooms open onto a patio area complete with barbecue facilities. Each room can accommodate up to 38 people for lectures or dining, depending upon the room set up. The main lounge can accommodate up to 300 people for lectures, or up to 220 at tables.

The main lounge is equipped with a Sennheiser Hearing Enhancement System and headsets are available, free of charge, from the Clubhouse 1 office. Clubhouse 1 serves as the transportation hub for our Easy Rider Bus System that operates 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Clubhouse 1 also features a variety of activities including shuffleboard, bocce, swimming and indoor archery. The game room at Clubhouse 1 includes several tables to play cards and table games, an Art Room, a billiard room, and a multipurpose room. In addition, there is a gymnasium that provides a wide range of exercise classes, badminton, basketball and volleyball. The drop-in-lounge is open Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with coffee available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residents are encouraged to drop by, have a cup of coffee, work on a jigsaw puzzle, read a magazine, or just converse and relax.
