1,000-Mile Challenge

This year marks the 30thanniversary of the 1,000-Mile Club. To participate, register at the Clubhouse 1 or Community Center fitness centers. Registration is $16 to $19. For more information, email Recreation at recreation@vmsinc.org​.

Lap Challenge Participants Swim the Distance

The 2019 Lap Challenge is to swim the distance from San Diego to Honolulu—or 182,770 lengths, 91,385 laps or 2,611 miles. For more information, call 949-597-4273 or email recreation@vmsinc.org.

Gates 1 and 9 Reopen June 17

Gates 1 and 9 remain closed to vehicle traffic for the radio frequency identification decal (RFID) retrofit but will reopen Monday, June 17. In the meantime, Gate 1 continues to allow for pedestrian and golf cart access, and Gate 9 allows for pedestrian access.
