Special Open Meeting Sept. 5 at the PAC
A special open meeting of the corporate members of the Golden Rain Foundation of Laguna Woods Village (GRF), a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation, is scheduled for Thursday, September 5, at 1:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center/Clubhouse 3, located at 23822 Avenida Sevilla.
The purpose of the meeting is to vote on Third Mutual’s request to remove GRF President James Hopkins and/or Director Yvonne Horton, without cause, pursuant to bylaws Sections 5.4.4; 5.4.4.1.
