GRF Election Results
The Golden Rain Foundation Board of Directors 2023 election ballot counts are complete. All candidates are listed in order by number of votes received and the new GRF board members who will fill three open seats are listed in bold type:

- Reza Karimi - 5,908
- Kathryn Bravata - 5,250
- Cash Achrekar - 574
- Abbas Mohammadi - 554
- Karim Nikahd - 0
- Withheld - 0
A fourth vacancy on the GRF board was filled by Ryna Rothberg, a Mutual No. Fifty board delegate selected by the Mutual No. Fifty Board of Directors, according to GRF bylaws.
New GRF board members were seated at the annual meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at the principal offices of the corporation at the Community Center at 24351 El Toro Road.
