Parapet Wall Flat Roof Debris Removal Program
Buildings that have flat roofs with parapet walls are scheduled for annual debris removal beginning the second week of November through the month of December. United Mutual and Third Mutual have contracted Letner Roofing Company to perform the debris removal work. Approximately 600 buildings, including gutters attached to alteration patio covers, are scheduled. A notification will be placed at resident doors within 24 hours of receiving this service.
