New, Convenient Gate 12 Entry
To help expedite entry through Gate 12 and the amenities within, Laguna Woods Village residents may now secure Gate 12 passes for guests who use the DwellingLive gate clearance system. Residents can simply select Type of Pass, where a new drop-down menu offers a Gate 12 day-pass option.
Like other passes completed through the DwellingLive app, residents can forward passes to their guests via emails or text messages. This new option better documents for gate ambassadors all guest, resident and license plate information.
Gate ambassadors will maintain check-in protocols for those who choose not to use the new Gate 12 visitor pass option. This includes residents accompanying guests as they pass through the gate.
