Get in the Act
The deadline to register for the July Fourth golf cart parade is fast approaching—registration closes Friday, July 1, at 4 p.m. The parade starts at 11 a.m., Monday, July 4, at Clubhouse 5 and ends at Clubhouse 2 where free festivities abound, including a Stone Soul concert. After the concert, stay and enjoy music of resident bands at the Clubhouse 2 patio until 6 p.m. Activities for the grandkids include a bounce house obstacle course, games and swimming at Clubhouse 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
You can purchase hot dogs, hamburgers, Italian sausage and French fries from 19 Restaurant and top it off with dessert from Handel’s Ice Cream stand from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or while supplies last. A no-host beer and wine garden will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Event attendees can park at Clubhouse 7 and the Community Center. A shuttle to the event from Clubhouse 7 and the Community Center will start running at 10:30 a.m.
Register golf carts for the parade with the ActiveNet online reservation system. Registration closes July 1 at 4 p.m. Political décor is prohibited. Download the pdf below to view the flyer and the parade route.
