Meetings Go Virtual Only

To address the rapidly increasing rate of COVID cases and hospitalizations, and to safeguard the health and well-being of residents and staff, the GRF, Third and United boards of directors have elected to hold all board and committee meetings virtually only, effective immediately, starting with tomorrow’s United Mutual board meeting. 

Virtual-only meetings will remain in effect until the state mask mandate is lifted. 

No in-person meetings will be held. 

Below are instructions for watching and participating in virtual meetings. At, click Calendars and select All Governance Boards Calendar to find times and links for all virtual board and committee meetings.

How to Watch a Meeting

Open board and committee meetings are broadcast online at the Laguna Woods Village website. Further, residents can find links for virtual open board and committee meetings by clicking on the desired meeting at All Governance Boards Calendar.

How to Comment or Ask a Question During a Meeting

Laguna Woods Village members are welcome to participate in board and committee meetings by submitting comments or questions:

  • Email any time before the meeting is scheduled to begin or during the meeting. Please use the name of the board or committee in the subject line of the email. You must include your name and unit number.
