GRF Seeks to Fill Vacancy
Applications are being accepted now to fill one vacancy on the Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) Board of Directors with a term ending at the 2023 annual election.
Serving on the GRF board is a great opportunity to make a real difference in Laguna Woods Village. Obtain an application and instructions on the election process through the Office of the CEO in the Community Center from Corporate Secretary Cheryl Silva (cheryl.silva@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2383) or Assistant Corporate Secretary Grant Schultz (grant.schultz@vmsinc.org; 949-268-2295).
Completed applications and candidate statement are due to Ms. Silva or Mr. Schultz no later than Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 5 p.m. Candidates may drop off their application at the Community Center at 24351 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA 92637. Please mark your hard-copy submission Attention Grant Schultz or email it to Mr. Schultz at grant.schultz@vmsinc.org. The special corporate members meeting to appoint the newly elected GRF board member will be held as a virtual meeting Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 9:30 a.m.
