Broadband Updates and Improvements
Next week, Broadband Services will be completing cable box updates and improvements. During this time, you may experience some cable box feature interruptions.
If you encounter an error message that interrupts your TV picture, restore the picture by scrolling down using your remote and selecting “Cancel.” If this option is unavailable, restore the picture by using your remote to power the cable box off/on.
If cable box features/services are disrupted beyond one hour, unplug the cable box, wait 10 seconds and plug the cable box in to restore power. If the power outlet is inaccessible, disconnect the power plug connection located at the back left corner of the cable box.
If you are unable to restore service, call Broadband Services at 949-837-2670.
Note: This update does not affect TIVO boxes, HD converters, HD DTAs or basic cable services.
