Are you concerned about memory loss? The Wellness in the Woods Club presents the Mind Booster Program, a four-week course beginning on March 5 designed to keep your mind active. This research-based series provides a proactive approach to understanding the causes and risk factors of memory loss. The course will address:
- Brain changes
- Memory tools
- Cognitive fitness
- Stress management and stress reduction
- A healthy brain diet and superfoods
- Physical activity
- Legal and financial guidance
You must be pre-registered by February 25 to attend. If you would like to participate, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and put Mind Booster in the subject line of your email and include your name and phone number.
The Wellness in the Woods Club will be meeting on every Friday in March and the first Friday in April for a bonus session. Check-in time is 9:45 and the program begins at 10 a.m. on Zoom. If you are not a member, this is a great time to join.
