Making Assessment Payments During COVID
During the COVID-19 pandemic and Village Community Center closure, residents can make assessment payments one of three ways:
- Insert your payment into the drop box outside the Community Center with twice-daily pickups.
- Pay assessments with a coupon via USPS. Make checks payable to Golden Rain Foundation, File 55252, Los Angeles, CA 90074-5252.
- Pay assessments without a coupon via USPS. Make checks payable to Laguna Woods Village, Attn: Manor Payments, P.O. Box 2220, Laguna Hills, CA 92654-2220.
