The winners of the Recreation Department’s “Villagers Have Holiday Cheer” decorating contest are Ed and Betty Pagenkopp, who have lived in the Village for 23 years. Their prize is dinner for two, courtesy of and delivered by the 19 Restaurant and Lounge. Many congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Pagenkopp!
