2020 Census Going Strong
Residents in the City of Laguna Woods want their voices heard. California’s 2020 Census statewide self-response rate is 61.6%; Laguna Woods’ rate is 78.7%.
Self-response to the 2020 Census takes on even greater significance at this time, as it will help with the planning for emergency situations, such as the one we are currently experiencing, and help protect the public and Census employees by avoiding in-person visits during the nonresponse follow-up period, which is now through July.
If you need help completing your 2020 Census questionnaire, Laguna Woods City Hall is a 2020 Census Assistance Center. City staff are available to help you complete your questionnaire or provide assistance if you misplaced or did not receive your questionnaire.
