United Approves Revised Chargeable Services

A list of revised chargeable maintenance services for United Mutual was approved during its regular board meeting on Tuesday, April 14. However, residents are advised not to contact the Department of Resident Services regarding any of the new services at this time. Following state guidelines, technical staff required to enter new services into the department’s database as well as field personnel for nonessential functions have been furloughed. This means that work orders for only the “new” chargeable services cannot be generated at the moment. In the event a request is received for a new service, the resident will be directed to call back when the Village is once again fully staffed.
