Where's My Work Order?
Following the progress of your work order is easy. You can submit work orders through the resident portal, at the community website or via a phone call. Requests are automatically recorded. Once the work order ticket is qualified by staff, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the work is scheduled, you will receive another email and a phone call to confirm the date and time when work will take place. Next, expect a reminder email 24 hours in advance of the service scheduled for your unit. After the work is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that the work was completed. Be sure to watch your email inbox for a satisfaction survey. Please take the time to answer it to let us know how we did.
Besides submitting service requests at the resident portal, you can view scheduled, opened and completed work orders.
