How to View Service Request Status Online
Want to know how that work order is coming along? The Village website resident portal allows residents to submit service requests and view scheduled, opened and completed work orders. Residents who have an email address on file with Resident Services also will receive confirmation emails when a request is received, when work is scheduled and when work is complete.
At the portal, residents also can view account balances, view and print statements, pay assessments or chargeable services via credit card, and enter emergency contact information.
