Jolanda's menu includes vegetable gumbo soup served with baguette and butter, calico salad with roasted corn and red onions with dressing on the side, chicken etoufee, red beans and rice, blackened catfish with tartar sauce, smothered green beans, corn maque choux, bread pudding with custard sauce.
Residents are welcome to bring their own wine; Clubhouse 1 will provide glasses. Tickets are on sale now in the Clubhouse 1 office.
