Village Veterans Day Event, Facility Hours

Laguna Woods Village will pay tribute to all who served in the military with a Veterans Day memorial event on Sunday, November 11, at 10 a.m. on the Clubhouse 2 patio. The event is free and light refreshments will be served. Featured guests include Laguna Woods Mayor Cynthia Connors, Laguna Woods American Legion Commander Joe Rainey and the color guard of the Guadalcanal Battalion of the 1st Marine Division at Camp Pendleton.

Veterans Day Holiday Hours at Village Facilities 

The Community Center, the Recreation office, the PC learning center, and the MAC learning center and workshop will be closed. The table tennis room and Community Fitness Center will have reduced hours from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Other closures include Clubhouse 4, the library and the Equestrian Center. The Clubhouse 1 Fitness Center will have reduced hours from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

The Resident Services administrative office will be closed, but the call center will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (call 949-597-4600). 

The only transportation service running will be Plan-A-Ride. Please be sure to schedule your trips no later than two days prior to the holiday before noon (call 949-597-4659).
