Don’t Miss Out on New Resident Orientation

For residents who are new to the Village who have not yet attended New Resident Orientation, now is a great time to do so. This informational session is a wonderful opportunity to familiarize yourself with the operating rules of your mutual and to talk with a board member who represents the mutual. Some of the topics discussed during these sessions include insurance, maintenance and service requests, the manor alterations process and how to get involved in the community. New Resident Orientation meetings are held every month at the Community Center on Friday mornings or Wednesday evenings by appointment only.
