VMS Board Welcomes New Member Dorothy Pacella
Dorothy Pacella, the new representative from United Mutual to the VMS Board of Directors, has lived in the Village since October 2017 with her husband, Carmen. Born in Chicago in 1950 and a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, in 1973, Director Pacella has more than 40 years’ experience in retail industry and corporate operations management, spending 25 years at Bullock’s (now Macy’s) department stores and The Walt Disney Company. She is active in the Chicago Club, the Komedy Klub, the Wine Lovers Club and the Foodies Club; is a host for the Thrive show; and is a docent for prospective buyer and new resident tours. Her term will expire in 2021.
