Clubhouse 1 Mini Gym, Mondays and Wednesdays

Yogalates combines yoga, Pilates and stretch exercise. Class open to all levels. Attendees must bring own mat and resistance band or Pilates ring.
Registration begins Monday, July 8, at the Clubhouse 1 Fitness Center and Community Fitness Center.
