Currently, Third Mutual will be performing elevator maintenance at Building 3335, and the elevator in that structure will be inoperable for an estimated 18 calendar days from April 29 through May 16.
Village Residents can now access the new Resident portal on the Laguna Woods Village website. The portal allows Residents to view account balances, view and print statements, pay assessments or chargeable services via credit card, view work orders and submit service requests online.
Third and United approved a revised caregiver policy. All Residents who retain a private caregiver must complete a Private Caregiver Policy Application and submit it to Resident Services. For more info, email residentservices@vmsinc.org.
