Mindful Movement Yoga
Clubhouse 5 Fitness Room, Mondays 7 to 8:30 a.m. and Wednesdays noon to 1:30 p.m. Starts Monday, March 4. Achieve greater fitness, wellness and relaxation with classes designed specifically for active seniors that focus on breathing, mind-body connection, strength and balance. Suitable for beginning and experienced yoga students. Classes are taught by Jerry Bloch, a certified yoga instructor who has training in teaching yoga to seniors.
