Does Your United Toilet Go with the Flow?
The California Energy Commission has adopted new standards that require more efficient water usage. It is mandated that all residential toilets be “low flow” as part of the water conservation program. Toilets, when flushed, should not use more than 1.28 gallons.
United Laguna Woods Mutual, which has participated in this program for the past four years, will replace your noncompliant toilet at no cost to you. Please contact Resident Services at 949-597-4600 to schedule an inspection to determine whether your toilet is in need of replacement.
