Third Mutual Seeks Candidate to Serve on Board
One position is open for qualified candidates to serve on the Third Mutual Board of Directors. The position term ends in 2020. The vacancy was created by the election of Bunny Carpenter to a three-year term on the GRF Board of Directors. Carpenter will serve as president of the GRF board in the coming year.
Interested candidates may pick up an application and instructions on the election process in the CEO’s Office in the Community Center from Corporate Secretary Cheryl Silva or Executive Assistant Catherine Laster. The nomination period closes Wednesday, December 11. Candidates must return their candidate application and candidate statement to Ms. Silva or Ms. Laster no later than Wednesday, December 11, at 5 p.m.
The board will conduct interviews and vote via secret ballot during its regular board meeting on Tuesday, December 17, in the Community Center board room at 9:30 a.m.
