Mindful Eating Club

Welcome to the Mindful Eating Club Webpage:  Focusing on more plant based, whole foods

  The purpose of our club is to create opportunities to come together to increase knowledge about mindful eating and plant-based, whole foods. We believe what one puts into their body should be what resonates as right for them. Sharing information, experiences, and recipes are all part of how we provide support to each other.

Mindful Eating Club is for Laguna Woods Village residents and their guests.

We are located in Laguna Woods Village.

_____MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION_____

Meetings Residents and guests may attend their first general meeting at no cost and will have the opportunity to join. 

Potlucks Potlucks require membership. Residents and guests wishing to attend must join at the door; Members bring a healthy dish to share or contribute $5.00.

Restaurant Outings & Events Pay on your own. Please R.S.V.P. to Marsha, email: mklipp10@gmail.com or (949) 302-8638,

by noon the Saturday before Monday restaurant outing events. 

Membership Membership is $12.00 per year. Application for membership requires completing a form and signing a liability waiver.   Please note: The Mindful Eating Club operates on a cash only basis.
