Clubhouse Three

Clubhouse Three office is located at 23822 Avenida Sevilla and open daily from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM and other special hours to accommodate reservations and programs.

The focal point of Clubhouse Three is the 814-seat auditorium/theater complete with rehearsal and dressing rooms. Theatrical performances, musicals, seminars and special events are held at Clubhouse Three throughout the calendar year for residents and their guests. 

Tickets for are available at the box office Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM (closed 12PM to 12:30 PM) and Sundays from 10 AM to 2 PM.  Residents must present their ID card in order to obtain tickets. Call (949) 597-4288 for more info.

Clubhouse Three also features two large dining rooms, each with a fully equipped kitchen and conference room.  Clubhouse Three offers a billiards room with six pool tables open daily from 7 AM until 10 PM unless otherwise posted.
