Find out from Guard a Heart new information about preventing a Heart attack. Have a cup of coffee, have a Reiki treatment or body scan.
Every month we have new and exciting things for you to try. Learn more about your body and how it works at our monthly Health Fair-Time 10-2pm. This day of wellness. $1 love donation.. Come and see how you might eliminate some pain right on the spot. Try a Chi Gong class, or perhaps find out what’s in your future.
We meet in Clubhouse 7 second Sat. of each month.
