The Village is a community where people like to explore options and consider alternative suggestions. In this regard, it is the responsibility of leadership and management to develop a relationship of trust with the larger community, and communicate with all residents. 

The Golden Rain Foundation has established a Communications Plan to improve the flow of information to residents and be more responsive to their concerns and issues.
