AlterationsRead this before Installing a Satellite Dish
If you are considering installing a satellite dish, be sure to check your Mutual’s Alteration Standards and secure the necessary Alteration Permit prior to installation. Members may be required to remove an unapproved or improperly installed satellite dish or face disciplinary action, so save yourself the cost and headache by adhering to the following procedures set forth by the Mutuals.
Both United and Third Mutual have Alteration Standards for the installation of satellite dishes. Each Mutual’s Architectural Standards are available at the Alteration Permits office and on the Laguna Woods Village Website. If you intend to follow the Alteration Standard, you may obtain an Alteration Permit over-the-counter at the permits desk prior to installation.
