The managing agent, Professional Community Management (PCM), is located at the Laguna Woods Village Community Center, 24351 El Toro Road, Laguna Woods, CA. 92653. General Office Hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Laguna Woods Village is a gated community and pre-entry authorization is required. Prior to arrival, please contact Community Access at 949-597-4443 for pass information. For Frequently Called Numbers click here. For Management Directory click here.

DIRECTIONS TO THE Laguna Woods Village COMMUNITY CENTER 24351 EL TORO ROAD, LAGUNA WOODS, CA.92653
Southbound on the Santa Ana Freeway (I-5)
Exit the 5 freeway at El Toro Road. The off ramp ends at Paseo de Valencia. Proceed straight ahead on Paseo de Valencia to El Toro Road. Turn Right on El Toro Road. Continue on El Toro Road. Pass Moulton Parkway. Turn right at the next light at Town Centre. The Laguna Woods Village Community Center is to the left of the Ayres Hotel.
Southbound on the 405 Freeway (I-405)
Exit the 405 freeway at Irvine Center Drive. Proceed about 5 miles on Irvine Center Drive which changes to Moulton. From Moulton, turn right on El Toro and proceed to the first light and turn right on Town Centre. The Laguna Woods Village Community Center is to the left of the Ayres Hotel.
Northbound on the San Diego Freeway, (I-5) from south Orange County
Exit the (I-5) freeway at El Toro Road. Turn left onto El Toro Road and proceed under the freeway. Continue on El Toro Road. Pass Moulton Parkway. Turn right at the next light at Town Centre. The Laguna Woods Village Community Center is to the left of the Ayres Hotel.
