ABOUT YOUR CABLE SYSTEM: GRF Broadband Services oversees the operation of the TV-6 Studio and the fiber optic cable system transmitting to all 12,736 households within Laguna Woods Village's gated community. The state-of-the-art fiber-optic cable system offers 80 cable channels. For all Laguna Woods Village residents, when properly hooked up to a coaxial cable connection, cable-ready Televisions or VCRs with a capacity of 70 or more channels will automatically receive all cable channels (estimated retail value of $56.95). The TV-6 production studio is located on the third floor of the Laguna Woods Village Community Center. TV-6 programming consists of community news, highlights of community events, feature stories, entertainment programs, and live broadcast of monthly and special Board meetings as they occur. TV-6 staff includes: Paul Ortiz; Rob Merritt; Ken Goldenberg; Mark Weiss; Ken Pucci; Lucia Foster.
