RIDE SCHEDULE 2016

BICYCLE CLUB OF

LAGUNA WOODS VILLAGE

                                                                      CLUB PICNIC:
Once again we will be having our annual picnic at Dana Point.  If you are relatively new and need directions, etc., please let me know and I will send that information to you.  We will do the same routine as last time, since I believe in “if it ain’t broke, don't fix it!” That means Costco pizzas and probably a side salad plus dessert supplied by the club. I will have water and maybe some ice tea for all too. (Every time I brought drinks, etc., I took most of them home and since they aren’t good for us anyway, I am passing).   I will volunteer to go down early and secure tables again.  Some of you will want to ride down to the picnic.  I think they left from the village about 8AM last year and got down to the picnic around 9:30.  If I am wrong, please let me know and I will correct.  I believe they left from CH 3 parking lot.  Others will drive down and if you decide to do that, try to get down there as early as you can because the parking lots tend to fill up rapidly.  I will be there around 8AM if you want to come early and keep me company.  I will be hanging out at our tables and the rest of you can go on a short ride to San Clemente.  I usually go over to Costco and pick up the pizzas around 10:30AM and we eat around 11AM.  What I need from all of you is an RSVP.  Since I don’t want to have a bunch of left over pizza, I would love to have an approximate number of how many of you will be there.  If you think you will attend, please send me a reply with  a yes or no and how many of you will be there. (You can always bring spouses, significant others, etc.)  We can also finalize what times we are planning on leaving on the rides.  There has been a lot of dialog concerning and hopefully we can get on the same page.  Looking forward to hearing from you, Lorna - lornas@comline.com
