High-Speed Internet

The Golden Rain Foundation has contracted with West Coast Internet to provide high-speed Internet service to residents. To request high-speed Internet service, please call West Coast Internet directly at: (949) 487-3302.

Rate and Charges
Installation includes up to 12 ft. of cable measured along the perimeter of the wall from the operating cable outlet to the computer workstation. In order to avoid the need to reschedule service, please discuss your installation requirements with West Coast Internet when work is being scheduled and before the technician arrives at your home. Installation fees may apply to customers who require additional cable or outlet modification. The cost will be based on the amount of time and materials required.

The Monthly Service fee is $21.80 effective upon installation.
The one-time purchase of a cable internet modem from West Coast Internet at a cost of $55.00 (plus tax) is required.

Other Options

Residents may wish to purchase a router, firewall and virus protection available at computer stores.

Operating System: Minimum OS 10 or higher
CPU Processor Speed: 1 GHz or higher
RAM: 512 MG
Available Disk Space: 1 Gig
Network Interface Card (NIC) – AKA- Ethernet Port

ALL COMPUTERS MUST BE LESS THAN FOUR YEARS OLD.
