Clubhouse Reservations

Reservations for use of clubhouse facilities are available to residents or organizations upon request. The Reservation Coordinator is available to assist you with your needs, explain procedures, and advise you of the equipment provided. After you have made your room reservation, please contact the applicable Clubhouse Supervisor for an appointment to discuss your room set-up. The Reservation Coordinator is located in the Recreation Division office of the Community Center Building. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

In accordance with GRF Policy, residents shall not use community facilities to conduct a business, promote a product, or solicit for a service, when personal profit or gain is involved.

***ALL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE***

Please note: A resident may rent a room for a private party/activity when the event is specifically honoring a resident or a member of the resident's immediate family (spouse, parents, children, and grandchildren only). These rentals are all at the resident rate, except for weddings/wedding receptions. A Resident may rent a room for a Wedding/wedding reception if the bride and/or groom is a Laguna Woods Village resident or a member of the resident's immediate family. When the bride and/or groom is a resident, the fee is based on the resident rate. All other Wedding/wedding receptions are billed at the non-resident rate. Residents may not rent a room for anyone who is not a resident or a member of the resident's immediate family. A resident may rent a room for a private party/activity of a non-Laguna Woods Village club or organization of which the resident is a member. These rentals are all at the non-resident rate. The club rate applies only to Laguna Woods Village clubs registered with the Recreation Division and the Church rate applies only to Laguna Woods Village Churches registered with the Recreation Division.

*CLUBS AND CHURCHES WILL PAY ADDITIONAL FEE OF $10 FOR SET UP FOR MORE THAN 200 PEOPLE AT CLUBHOUSE FIVE. THIS ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE PAYABLE TO THE CLUBHOUSE STAFF WHEN THE SET UP IS REQUESTED, OR WILL BE BILLED.
