Welcome to Clubhouse One

Clubhouse One features various size rooms available for club meetings, Saddleback College Continuing Education Classes and a wide range of recreational and social activities. Residents can also schedule private parties in the Clubhouse One dining rooms and main lounge.

Dining Rooms Two and Three open onto one patio area with a large barbecue pit. This area lends itself to indoor/outdoor parties. Dining Rooms Two and Three can accommodate up to 49 people each for lectures or 40 people each for dining, depending upon the room set up.

The Main Lounge has a fully equipped commercial kitchen. This room can accommodate up to 275 people for lectures, 160 for a combination of dining and dancing or 200 for dining only. The Clubhouse One staff will assist residents with the selection of table centerpieces. The main lounge is equipped with a Sennheiser Hearing Enhancement System for hearing impaired residents. The headsets are available, free of charge, from the Clubhouse One Office.

Clubhouse One also features a variety of activities including shuffleboard, lawn bowling, bocce, and swimming. In addition, the fitness center provides a wide range of dance and exercise classes, badminton, basketball and volleyball. There is an exercise area equipped with a variety of weights and aerobic equipment. Locker rooms are also provided near the swimming facility.

Shuffleboard- 12 courts open daily. Please check with the Clubhouse Office for details.

Billiard Room- Open daily from 7:30 AM until 10:00 PM, featuring four pool tables, one billiard table and one snooker table.Bocce Courts Open daily with extended evening hours in the spring and summer.

Game Room- Open daily 7:30 AM until 10:00 PM.

A Drop-In-Lounge is also located at the Clubhouse, which is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 AM until 10:00 PM with coffee available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Residents are encouraged to drop by and have a cup of coffee, work on a jigsaw puzzle, read a magazine, or just relax. Volunteers staff the lounge. There is also a game room at Clubhouse One featuring several tables to play cards and games.
