What could be causing the water spotting on my ceiling/walls?
We investigate several causes for water spotting in the Community. During the rainy season, one of the most obvious causes of water spotting is rain leaking into the manor through a leak in the roof, the awnings, the windows, skylights, sliding glass doors, or other areas exposed to the outside. If it is not raining, then the water spots could be caused by a leak or leaks in the pipes within the walls or sometimes by an overflow in a neighbor’s plumbing fixture (e.g. toilet, tub, or sink).
