When discovering a malfunctioning streetlight, please contact Property Services at 597-4600. Please be prepared to provide either the streetlight pole number (visible on the light pole) or the exact location of the streetlight in question. Security will be notified by Property Services of the malfunctioning streetlight, and Security staff will go to the location and mark the light pole with caution tape.

In the case of streetlight outages in United Mutual, Property Services will contact the City for corrective action. For streetlight outages in Third Mutual, Property Services will contact Southern California Edison for corrective action. Walkway lighting problems should also be reported to Property Services, and work orders will be processed for the Electrical Department to respond.
