In United Mutual, why isn't the Buyer allowed to accept the manor "as is"? A buyer is not allowed to accept the manor in "as is" condition in either Mutual. Staff performs resales inspections specifically to provide the Mutual Corporations a means to collect monies for corrections required in order to protect the Mutual's assets. |
