What large items left beside the dumpsters will be collected by the Mutuals? Large items left beside dumpsters will be collected, provided the items are not considered hazardous material. If a Member is having any type of remodel or construction work performed, the Member is responsible for instructing their contractor not to use the Community dumpsters for any reason. Trash and construction debris removal associated with any and all remodels is the responsibility of the Member. Contact Property Services at (597-4600 with questions regarding large item pickup. |
