United Board of Director Email Correspondence

The United Board agreed upon a policy on the use of email correspondence for Corporation-related business between members of the Community and their Board of Directors.  The Board thoroughly discussed the legal implications of response by Directors who receive requests for Corporate business by way of email.

Staff was advised that any member who wishes to communicate with the Board via email, may do so by accessing the Laguna Woods Village website at and using the "Property Services" email link found under Resident Quick links on the homepage. 


The Board also added that although individual directors will not respond to requests for Corporations business by way of personal emails, the Board wants the members to be reassured that any Corporation-related business will be properly processed by use of this email address.
